Summary

Potential German-speaking customers are targeted in this seminar by ThermoFisher; demonstrations will be provided on-site. On the first day, presentations will be given in German. On the second day, international experts will present novel XPS features and applications as well as complementary time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry.
